12:30PM

5:00PM
True Lemon cheesecake with whipped cream (experimenting with new recipe)

6:45PM
Toppings off of 4 slices of pepperoni pizza, 2 slices of new True Lemon cheesecake recipe I came up with, 2 chunks of Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Bar (we had a social gathering at my church)

8:45PM
2 turkey and cheese low-carb wraps with mayo

NOTE: I worked out with my personal trainer for the first time since he brutalized my calves last Friday and today he killed my biceps for me. LOL! Isn't it a sick profession where you pay someone to make you hurt? Ahhhh, but at least it's gonna be a GOOD thing in the long run. I've been playing around with my True Lemon cheesecake recipe lately and even developed a crust for it at long last. I'll be sharing this new recipe that I have THREE SLICES of today at my blog soon. Yes, I had a party to go to at my church tonight, so I brought two True Lemon cheesecakes and a bowl of my Livin' La Vida Low-Carb bars broken up into chunks.

BOTH were a hit and I got to have dessert, too. WOO HOO! I'm not a big fan of scraping the toppings off of a pizza for a meal, but that's all there was besides dessert. You have to learn to improvise when you're livin' la vida low-carb!

Did you eat the cheese along with the toppings? I've done that a few times.

I was reading your menu and noticed you have a salad with fried eggs. so often I think of eggs and think what to have with it. I just dawned on me eggs and a salad for breakfast. Thanks buddy! we do learn new things all the time.

Anything to add protein to your salad, Paul! Even boiled eggs are awesome on a salad. :D
