February 26, 2008 Low-Carb Menu

9:30AM
Eggs, ham, omelet with cheese, ham and mixed veggies



10:30AM
1 hour of walking in Progreso, Mexico

12:30PM
Roasted turkey, cheeseburger patty with mayo, toppings from a slice of pepperoni pizza, 2 slice of low-carb cheesecake



6:45PM
Mixed greens with Ranch dressing, grouper fish with mixed veggies (broccoli, asparagus, green beans, and squash) with tartar sauce



NOTE: Our next port of call was Progreso, Mexico and it was a little more leisurely today than Cozumel was yesterday since we didn't have a planned excursion to attend. We did get off the ship in the morning and took a shuttle bus to the beach area of Progreso. Once we got there, Christine and I sauntered down the shops at the beach staying out of the sun since we got quick sunburned the day before while on the horses in Cozumel. I even bought some mineral water and tried to drink it before I realized it was disgusting! UGH! It ended up providing me relief from the sunburn though! HA! Once we got back to the ship a couple hours later, we chowed down before our third fabulous dinner meal in a row later in the evening. VERY healthy and low-carb, mind you! :D
