Eggs Benedict without the English muffin and bacon

1:15PM
2 chicken breasts, 2 cheeseburger patties with mayo, sugar-free chocolate cake

6:45PM
Spinach, watermelon, berries, and other fruit salad, escargo with garlic butter, aged beef with broccoli and butter, very small BITE of chocolate cake, sugar-free vanilla ice cream

NOTE: This was the last full day on the cruise and it was very sad since we have become so spoiled eating so well anytime we want to. Oh well, it just makes you appreciate it that much more for the next time. ;) I had SEVERAL firsts today: my very first Eggs Benedict (sans the bread of course!), my first bite of the sugar-free diet cake which probably had a little flour in it but it was very tasty, my first ever taste of escargo which was remarkably very tasty, and my first "cheat" of the week when I ate a very small BITE of some chocolate birthday cake. That little fork piece you see in the picture above is all I ate of that slice and it was so sweet I wish I hadn't done it. EWWWWW! Rat poison!!! LOL!

It seems to me that after living the low-carb lifestyle for a while, sweets all just seem to taste like eating sugar from a bag. Maybe it's just me?
That's about right, Tiffany! Even a little bit of that chocolate cake was so overwhelmingly sweet that I couldn't even taste the chocolate. Strange, ain't it? THANKS for sharing!
