NOTE: I thought yesterday was bad regarding the pain from my marathon workouts on Tuesday, but I was wrong--TODAY WAS SO MUCH WORSE!!! I was walking around like a crippled person today with my quads quivering and shaking from the beating my personal trainer gave them on Tuesday. EEEK! In fact, I didn't feel like eating much at all today, although I kept everything SUPER low-carb. I'm loving the convenience and amazing results of the Satiatrim and can see it becoming a regular part of my menus.
