The insides of two egg muffins

NOTE: The food today at the obesity conference was better, but that's not saying much. Eating the insides of the egg muffin was okay, but lunchtime was another matter. All that I could eat on this big plate of food was the fish. And so I made sure every single bite of that Halibut (which was AMAZING!) had a pat of butter in it! That kept me satiated along with an afternoon Atkins bar until we could hang out with some friends for supper at a steakhouse--YEAH BABY!!! Got me a prime rib with some non-starchy veggies and was in heaven again. This was definitely the way to eat at a low-carb conference. :)
