NOTE: It's day four of my very strict Atkins Induction and I'm back in a groove again with my diet. Yes, I miss having some chocolate, but not as much as I thought I would. Don't get me wrong, I'd still love to have some low-carb, sugar-free chocolate again, but this experiment with no "low-carb products" is something I'm trying to prove to people--that it's not necessarily those "products" that are the culprit in a weight gain. Sure, it can cause that in people who eat them as their primary source of nutrition. But not when you use them to enhance your own personal low-carb diet to make it your own so that it can be sustainable over the long-term. Of course, my journey down this road still remains to be seen, but I've actually continued gaining some weight despite eating this way for the past four days--WITHOUT the use of any "products" of any kind. Just real food. We'll keep at it, though, to make sure it's not my diet that's causing this to happen.

I dont think its the products either buddy. I watched your menus for a long time they never took a huge percentage of your diet. Its when people abuse the products they have problems. You didnt. Have you thought of stopping all supplements for a week? Maybe your good at getting them naturaly from food and your body needs a break. I would try that next.
Great thinking, Paul! Actually, I've cut out the ones I added since December which include the liquid fish oil and cinnamon. I miss my fish oil right now, but I may give the cutting out all supplements a try soon. THANKS for your help! :)
