NOTE: I'm close to a week back on strict Induction again and what has happened goes against everything you would think would happen--I've continued struggling with my weight. In four years of eating this way, I've never had an issue like this and that includes eating lots of low-carb chocolates and other products. But not now. The jury is still out on what is happening, but I'm determined to figure it out. Look at what I'm eating and you'll just have to scratch your head at why I'm not losing. It's quite a conundrum. Yet, I am not discouraged because I know what I am doing works. That's why I'll keep livin' la vida low-carb and expect everything will eventually work out. Besides, how else am I gonna eat? Low-fat?! HA!

Wow you must be very metabolically resistant all of a sudden. The only other thing I can think of is Atkins fat fast. Anyway maybe we need Dr. House :) By the way thank you so much! I found out I won The Diet Delusion book. I just borrowed my Good Calories Bad Calories book out. Great stuff!
It certainly good be that, Paul, or there may be something else going on. Like I said, I'm not worried, but I do want to get to the bottom of this medical mystery. House would figure it out after telling me I have a venereal disease, syphilis, and a brain tumor first. LOL! (Yes, I love the show, too!). And you are VERY welcome on winning the prize in my blogiversary contest. Gary Taubes even autographed your book for you, too. :)
