NOTE: Today I met up with some friends who were visiting up in Asheville, NC (about an hour away from home) for a late lunch. It was fun spending a few hours with them at a place called the Flat Rock Grille. Oh, this place was incredible! A very inviting dining atmosphere and outstanding food to boot. :) My steak was so perfect it didn't need any A-1 or anything...LOVED IT! And my non-starchy veggie sides were complemented with lots of healthy butter. YUMMY! Amazingly, I got hungry about 6 hours later and ate some more lovely low-carb foods to round out my day. I'm gearing up to start my intermittent fast at 6PM on Tuesday night to see what will happen. I've been stuck around 265 for a while despite eating right, so we'll see if this does the trick. :D Wish me luck!
