CURRENT WEIGHT: 263.0
NOTE: Day two of my new diet focus and it wasn't so bad. My workout fit in very well to the more focused eating. The jury is still out on what impact this more strict adherence to my low-carb lifestyle will have on my slight weight gain since beginning my weight training. I'll keep you informed and you can see every morsel of food I put in my mouth. I can tell you that I'm well into ketosis with all that comes from that, so that's definitely not an issue. Back to basics! I am so glad. I think you will maintain you goal.
I eat this way too because im still little over 400 cant wait to see the 300s. As usual you inspire me.
I'm still not convinced the "products" are a culprit in my recent weight gain, Paul. But I'm certainly willing to remove them for a period of time to find out. :) YOU CAN DO THIS, buddy! Hang in there and keep on livin' la vida low-carb.
