CURRENT WEIGHT: 266.0
NOTE: Today was three days in on my refocused high-fat, low-carb diet eating very low-carb with plenty of fat for satiety and fuel. I've noticed eating this way has made me more sensitive to my hunger signal. Especially since I've cut back my diet soda consumption in conjunction with this, my body requires food less often than before. I'm a "heavy" drinker as most people who meet me find out and I love my water along with my diet soda. It will be interesting to see if these changes make any positive difference. So far, I've actually GAINED 3 pounds despite the fact my body is clearly in ketosis from this very low-carb diet. The doctor I went to see is evaluating other reasons for the weight gain besides diet and I'll be blogging about what he says very soon at the "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog. For now, I'm back to the basics of low-carb living again and LOVE it. :)
