NOTE: We headed back home today after a week away in Hilton Head, SC for Christine's doctor appointment with the chelation therapy expert. We are hopeful this is her long-awaited answer to a lifetime of chronic pain issues. The tests will verify if it is heavy metals within 10 days. It should be interesting to see. I'm still sticking with my "no products" rule this week and it's doing okay. I still think if I can limit myself to one ChocoPerfection bar every 2-3 days that will be fine. There are great health benefits to consuming chocolate, so why not have a sugar-free one made with natural sweeteners like inulin and erythritol? I dunno. Then there's the diet soda question...how much is too much? I'm still playing around with these issues in my head, so THANK YOU for all of your amazing input. It's always an adventure hearing what other people think and I sincerely appreciate what you have shared.
