Sugar-free homemade vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream
NOTE: I was running late this morning, so I didn't have a chance to eat anything before church this morning. I've noticed the past few mornings I'm not really feeling very hungry, but I'm still trying to make sure I eat a little something regardless. My usual two-egg breakfast would have sufficed just fine, but I was so tired I slept later than usual today. Oh well. I did eat a little more at lunch than normal, but not overboard. I rounded out my eggs and meat with some delicious vegetables and fruit. The same went for supper as well where a friend of mine who owns a homemade ice cream shop invited me to try his sugar-free homemade vanilla frozen yogurt with fruit. It was REALLY good!
THANKS for your encouragement about my upcoming new book 21 Life Lessons From Livin' La Vida Low-Carb. The book is basically finished and ready to go to print -- something that WILL happen one way or another in the next month. I realize this is just a minor stumbling block on the way to bigger and better things, but it's still frustrating nonetheless. I can't wait to share all that's in this book because the message is sorely needed at this time when low-fat still unfortunately rules the roost from a public perception standpoint of "healthy." We know better...and others need to know why.

THANK YOU Rachel!
