November 12, 2009 Low-Carb Menu

2:45PM
BBQ chicken, egg stir fry (eggs, onions, peas, carrots), apples
Diet Coke with lemon
Sugar-free Jello caramel vanilla pudding

9:15PM
Purity bread pizza with tomato sauce, butter, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese
Diet Coke with Splenda
Sugar-free Jello chocolate mousse

NOTE: Thursday nights is when I usually have volleyball at my church. We have some very competitive players who come out and play the game as it was intended (bump, set, spike) and it's always a fantastic workout. Unfortunately, tonight there was a banquet function happening in the gym. Bummer. I so look forward to my volleyball time because it's such a great stress reliever and calorie-burner! Oh well. There's always next week! :)
