3 hamburger patties with cheddar, American, and Swiss cheese, tomato, pickle, and mayo
Side salad with greens, tomato, cheese and Ranch dressing
Cantaloupe and apple slices with whipped cream
Diet Coke with lime
NOTE: One meal today. No real reason other than I ate a late lunch and then didn't get hungry the rest of the day. All that fat and protein sure does keep you satiated. :D
