February 25, 2010 Low-Carb Menu

5:00PM
Chopped steak w/cheddar cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, & mayo
Salad with greens, tomatoes, cheese, and Ranch dressing
Diet Coke with lime
Cantaloupe with whipped cream

7:00PM
30-minute competitive volleyball

NOTE: Yes, I only ate once today because I was scurrying to get things done before our trip to NYC tomorrow. That's the only bad part about going away for even a few days--tying up all the loose ends before you go. It's gonna be so worth it!

I tried to give my left ankle a go playing volleyball tonight since it has been feeling better and it did okay. But to avoid risking injury to it further, I only played one game. I even jumped and blocked a spike once and did okay. Just a twinge here and there while running around the court, but did well overall.
