Homemade low-carb cheesecake (cream cheese, heavy cream, cinnamon, sweetener, nutmeg, eggs) with sugar-free raspberry preserves, and whipped cream
NOTE: My weekend was all messed up with the cancellation of our trip to NYC. It just felt weird the past few days being in South Carolina when my mind had prepared to be in New York. Oh well, whaddyado? Next weekend is our trip down to Jacksonville, Florida for The 3rd Annual Low-Carb Cruise to the Bahamas and my minister of music thought that's what we missed this weekend. I responded, "Come you know where or high water, we WON'T be missing that trip!" And we won't unless something really drastic happens between now and then. I can't wait!
