July 27, 2010 Low-Carb Menu

9:15AM
3 pastured eggs scrambled in 2 Tbs grassfed butter with 2 ounces yogurt-cultured raw cheese

1:30PM
1/3 pound hamburger with American cheese, pickle, mayo, and mustard
Mashed cauliflower with butter

7:45PM
1/2 pound grassfed ground beef cooked in 2 Tbs coconut oil with 2 ounces yogurt-cultured raw cheese and mustard

CALORIES CONSUMED: 2312
DIET SODAS: 0 (ZERO!!!) 125 DAYS DIET SODA FREE!!!

NOTE: Another day in low-carb paradise! :D
