NOTE: Rolling right along with my diet meant to add back in more gut flora through high-dose probiotics throughout the day and avoiding foods that would "feed" the yeast overgrowth that may have been birthed following my two rounds of antibiotics a couple of months back when I had walking pneumonia. I'm not gonna lie, I'm missing my beloved cheese but overall I'm doing okay with it. Staying on plan, eating the highest quality food that I can and keeping carbohydrates at Atkins Induction levels while maintaining a happy balance of calories between 1800-2400. Going well so far...so good.
