1:00PM
Grilled chicken breast with lemon sauce and tomato slices, mashed cauliflower with 1 Tbs butter, sugar snap peas with 1 Tbs butter
9:45PM
2 slices Julian Bakery Smart Carb #1 bread with 2 Tbs natural tomato sauce, 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, and 12 pepperoni slices
NOTE: Decided I'm tired of obsessing over counting in my diet. Figuring out my exact calories and carbohydrates is laborious and I'm just not interested in that anymore. If you want to run the numbers for your curiosity sake, then have at it. I'm content with knowing what I'm putting in my mouth and being fine with it. I'll of course continue to weigh in every few weeks just to let you know what's happening weight-wise with me. But no more micromanaging of my diet to some arbitrary calorie and carb level. I'm beginning to think those things are less and less relevant in the grand scheme of things.

I heartily congratulate you on this decision! I truly believe it's a huge step in the right direction and am amazed that you've continued this tracking business for as long as you have. I'm not against a person being mindful of what they're consuming, but I think tracking the minutiae often serves to keep one's thoughts on food all the day long. Best wishes to you and your family for 2011 and beyond!
