NOTE: When I woke up today my back was so sore. I'm not sure what I did to twinge it, but there's almost nothing more paralyzing than a lower back that hurts. My massage therapist who has been helping me the past couple of weeks try to loosen up the knots and tight muscles that have been plaguing me has said my lower back is gonna take some work. I see her again on Thursday and I really could have used it today. Even still, I pushed through the pain to get in a fasting workout this morning. Why should I let a little pain stand in the way of my continued progress. I'm gonna do this!
