March 29, 2011 Low-Carb Menu

4 organic, soy-free, coconut fed eggs cooked in 1 Tbs butter, Atkins bar

10:00AM
60-minute Namaste yoga

2:30PM
1/2 pound beef burger patty with cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato, pickle, mayo and beanless chili, Atkins bar

5:30PM
60-minute yard work

8:15PM
Atkins bar

NOTE: It's been raining a lot lately with more on the way. Decided to get the weed-eating and mowing done today. Felt good to get it finished before the pouring rain hit. And am I the only one who loves beanless bacon chili cheeseburgers?

I need to make some chili burgers! Is there a particular brand of no-bean chili that's better than others?
