4 organic, soy-free, coconut fed eggs cooked in 1 Tbs butter

1/2 pound grass-fed ground beef cooked in 1 Tbs coconut oil with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and granulated garlic, Vanilla Almond Quest Bar

7:00PM
60-minute competitive volleyball

9:00PM
Atkins bar

NOTE: it's Monday again and I'm coming to the end of my podcast recording schedule. I love it, but it keeps me busy. I find it difficult to get into a routine when the load is this heavy--but I wouldn't miss my Monday volleyball. And am I the only person who loves a good beanless chili bacon cheddar burger?
