NOTE: I was in the mood for chicken today and enjoyed a couple of variations on it. While chicken is lower in fat than most protein sources, it's pretty easy to add high-fat ingredients to it to balance out the protein/fat ratio to make it a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb meal. Butter is your friend.
