Pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and a little low-sugar marinara sauce, sugar-free dark chocolate
NOTE: It felt very strange waking up this morning and NOT eating some kind of bread and then pricking my finger every 15 minutes for the next three hours! That must've been really bad nightmare I've been having all week.

Jimmy, I would love to see you do the blood sugar experiment with an atkins bar. I love them but I am skeptical about their blood sugar impact.
Kevin, THANK YOU! Atkins bars is on my list of products to test...but it's gonna be at least a month before I test again. Need to let my body recover from all that bread testing last week. ;)
