1 pound grass-fed ground beef cooked in coconut oil with American and mozzarella cheese, GoLower bar

NOTE: My yoga instructor about had a stroke when she saw me today since I've been gone for so long. It was good to be back in the groove again because I miss the relaxation and stress relief I get from doing yoga. LOVE IT!
