NOTE: On days that I know I'll be doing some hard cardio (like 2 hours of volleyball), I usually have an extra snack or something to keep my energy levels up and prevent hypoglycemia from happening. That's what the Quest Bar did for me today prior to kicking butt on the volleyball court. Great exercise, stress relief and a time to relax and have fun. Good stuff!
