If you must do the Oj thing, do it immediately after a cardio workout, thats when your insulin receptors are at their most receptive, that should do the least amount of damage.

Jimmy have you ever heard of Forskolin ?
The typical dosage of forskolin is 25-60 mg per day divided between 2-3 doses, with 50-60 mg being the ideal range. Thanks

Jo, I never heard of Forskolin but, of course, I had to google it when I came here to check Jimmy's menus.
